Temporary Production Shutdown, & Restart

Please be aware that we are a mom-and-pop hand-crafting business.  As such, we at times need to set aside some time for both catching our breath as well as taking care of our shop equipment that brings our looms into existence.

For 'catching our breath', we will be closing our looms production for the Christmas and New Year holidays, effective December 19th.  You can still place an order, but see our next paragraph for our production restart schedule.

For 'our need to take care of our shop and equipment', we are extending our temporary production shutdown through the month of January, 2023 to catch up on much needed maintenance, repairs and replacements.  You can still place an order, but see our next paragraph for our production restart and order filling schedule.

For 'processing orders received during temporary suspension of production', when we restart production again the first week in February, we will begin to build looms, and ship them out, in the order we received them between December 19th and January 31st.

Orders received between December 14th and December 18th will be given 'first in line' priority when we restart production again the first week in February.  The reason is that given the amount of time needed to make each loom (over 300 individual steps), at this point we will not be able to complete any new loom orders before we temporarily close production on December 19th.

Thank you!  We are very appreciative of how our innovative, next generation, inkle looms have been received!  We hope that you'll understand that due to this strong popularity, both machines and ourselves do occasionally require some downtime.
