Kairos Inkle Loom Shipping & Return policies

Welcome to Kairos Inkle Looms, LLC. Thank you for visiting our website. Here you will find a revolutionary Inkle Loom that will make band weaving easier than you could have imagined.  Each Kairos Inkle Loom will be a singular work of functional art (never two that are absolutely same).  All of the woods we use are notable because of their unique grain patterns and coloration, therefore although each loom in a particular series may come from the same board, it may have varying degrees of differences. The wood working techniques we use are time honored and all our looms are handmade by us in our wood shop in Alger, Washington.



Currently, we only offer sales and  shipping to the 50 states of the US. .
We make every possible effort to ship your item out within three days unless otherwise specified in listing or in case of impassible roads. In the case that Tuesday is a holiday we will ship your item on the next possible business day. Items purchased on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will ship the following Monday. Some handcrafted items are made to order and will specify a special time frame for processing. 
We usually ship via UPS  and insured for the replacement value.


All shipments will be sent to the address listed in the order placed unless other arrangements have been communicated. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you wish to insure your package, please let us know.

All domestic shipments will have an associated tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to provide products and services that meet the customer's expectations. We want you to be happy with your purchase and your interactions with us, with no unpleasant surprises.


Before submitting your order, please take the time to read the description of each item very carefully (specifically, measurements, finishes, coloring and materials used).  And as well to feel free to ask questions prior to submitting your order.

There are no returns on any looms without prior authorization and only on looms with a manufacturing defect.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


We gladly accept exchanges with prior authorization: 

  1. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your loom using the information on our ON-LINE store. You may call, write, or email. You MUST provide your order number, the items from your order that you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange as well as how to contact you.

  2. If you have any loom preferences for the exchange model please let us know and we will try to match you up to a more perfect loom out of our stock.

  3. We must receive your original loom purchased within 21 days of your original receiving date

  4. You will be responsible for the shipping charge on the item(s) you are sending back for exchange and subsequently, you will also be responsible for the shipping charges of the 2nd loom that you will be receiving, in exchange.



  1. Refunds are for looms which are defective only. Because of the nature of our business, we cannot offer the same return policies that big name businesses can offer. 

  2. In the event you order a custom loom to be made, that item is finished once your order has been paid in full and cannot be refunded except where there are defects that impair the use of the product. We will do our best to resolve every customer complaint to the customer's complete satisfaction, including an exchange or a full product refund if that's what it takes. Refunds are for defective product only.

  3. We promise a 7 day money back guarantee from date of  receipt on any products for defects.




Damaged in Delivery

If the item was damaged in shipping, a claim to the shipper who delivered the product to you - such as USPS or FedEx - must be made.




Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the loom if you have any questions or problems with your order.




In order to process a refund, you must request the refund within 7 calendar days of the date delivery was made, and returned within 21 days. After this time no refund is available. 

Refunds will be given by credit to your initial form of payment,  A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned products.

We cannot refund shipping costs.


To request a refund on a defective item, contact us using the information on our ON-LINE store. You may call, write, or email. You MUST provide your order number, the items from your order that you wish to return, and the reason for the return as well as how to contact you.

If you have ordered a custom or personalized product, we will be working closely with you during the whole process, therefore there are no refunds available on personalized or custom orders.  Any personalized or custom products will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit before work is begun.


In case there is a return for any reason except damage, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. 

Return shipping charges are paid by you and are non-refundable. 


Your refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt and I will notify you of refund
so that you can check it with your records.


This shop accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments.
