This loom is hand-crafted incorporating for the base and both uprights a middle section of true mahogany, with hard European Beech layered on the outside, incredibly tough hickory pegs, sapele 'fingers free' shed opener, and a hard shell poly finish that offers years of protection.
Of course, as with every Kairos inkle loom, this loom also comes with the custom - separate - heddle tying jig, so that you are not tied into having to make more heddles while sitting in front of your loom. The jig is 3/4" x 2.5" x 8.5", which means you can take it with you anywhere, and tie more heddles anywhere.

Your loom arrives fully assembled (feet & shed opener removed for shipping), pre-warped, pre-weaved the 1st inch so you see the pattern, with the shuttle included, a pre-loaded shuttle, and a set of two front feet hold-down clamps to anchor your loom to a table.
